Copperas Cove Knights of Columbus Fish Dinner

Due to circumstances outside our control, we only did 102 plates last night. Our lowest of Lent. It's a shame since the Good Friday fish fry at the church social hall was always our best. Oh well. When forces are against us, not much we can do. Too bad those same forces will be asking for money for their projects.

It was a long day in Lometa, we did 145 baskets. No rattlesnake bites, so that's a plus.

We're not doing a fish fry this Friday, we're all pretty burnt out and need a break. Next one will be May 3rd.

Happy Easter everyone! Except for attending Mass, I'll be sleeping.

We're setting up at the Lampasas Spring Ho starting this evening.

We're also making our schnitzel sandwiches, which are a big hit. I'll post pictures.
