Texas turned down Obamacare or did we conveniently forget that fact. Sports teams makings excuses, how novel.

Just because Texans were smart enough to disentangle themselves from the offered federal insurance agencies on its soil, doesn't mean the reach of the changes in the industry don't reach all health care across the board.

Those not in compliance still have to have a plan, and pay a fine if they don't have one. But that's not a tax right?

But then only the broke would be getting the benefits of the falsely called "affordable care".. The rest of us who have to work and pay for our HMOs already know how much more this idiotic mess is costing hard working Americans.
