Hi all,
So here we go again. A new neighbor has moved in across the street from me and has a dog. This time it looks like a 4-5 month old pitbull puppy. These new neighbors thought it appropriate to leave this puppy alone, out in the torrential rain, tied to the side of the house with no shelter, food, or water. Tonight, it is out on the back porch....still no shelter and only a blanket to lay on.
I think the house across the street is cursed (for animals that is). :((
First it was neighbors leaving their dog in a kennel for over a week with no food or water, now it's a neighbor leaving their puppy out in the rain and cold. Time to call animal control again I guess.
