Well, It is officially Valentines day. I have been married to my wife for 43 years as of today. I am going to see her later today and take her cards from me and our daughter. You all have a great day, and remember to love someone.

We hit 41 years yesterday. Poor woman, had to put up with me...lol

Mine has put up with me for 43. Of course there is the flip side of the coin.

This is us 1982. We went to Denmark to get married. The mayor of Aarhus asked us if we would rather get married on the 20th of April instead of the 19th, I paused and said sure, that would be much better. when Mary Lee went to say something, I squeezed her hand and she sopped. Outside, she asked me why the change. Told her the 19th of April is Hitler's birthday.....the 420 reference really didn't take off until the early 90's though it began in the early 70's.

We were at 40 years married when my husband passed away in 2014. I still tell him Happy Valentine's Day. He is still my valentine.
