For an actual weapon, it would be good to have a burst mode also.

(The Apache's 30mm has a "10 round burst" mode, and IIRC,
the F-16 20mm has a 125 round burst limit.)

An infringement, but aside from that, a minigun isn't totally illegal,
you just have to pay the government hundreds of dollars and agree
to give up a lot of other constitutional rights, while asking their
permission to keep or bear this particular arm.
