What an effort though against a very good team. Shoemaker's speed gave 'em fits all night. Unbelievable how much they improved just from last week, if they continue to improve they can make some noise.

My buddy told me that they may be down from last year. Said there Sub-varsity teams weren’t very good. Mix in the traveling on a Thursday night and you have a good recipe for a flat ball game. Next week should be a good indicator.

Just read Garland Sachse is ranked #7, Midway is at #9. Cove got hammered by Sachse, although it was closer than the score indicated. Next week they get Midway.
