Range Over I14?

Maybe we can get someone to build a range over I14 with an impact area on that cliff on the north side of the highway as it climbs Nolanville Hill. The Swiss seem to be able to pull it off.

That is an impressive range, and I see how the geometry of the range
lends itself to safety. Wouldn't bother me to be around it, since I have
been downrange of quite a bit of (mostly friendly) weapons fire.

I do notice quite a few of my coworkers, over the years, were a bit gunshy,
however, and I suspect it might bother some people.
