I'm gonna file a lawsuit against Purina. Some guy's dog took a dump on my lawn today. :)

Blame it on all dog food makers. If an idiot, dimwit st lib can sue a gun manufacturer then I can sue a dog poop manufacturer. :)

All that hard concrete and asphalt that government jurisdictions employ presents quite an opportunity to the enterprising individual.

Frankly, it shouldn't require a shield law.
Makes as much sense as suing GM or Ford for DWI fatalities.

Well, one of Hillarys big campaign promises is to enact laws that will allow people to sue gun manufacturers for shooting injuries and deaths.

And you are right... That is about as dumb an idea as there ever was.

Enact laws, or executive orders?
Laws require congress to pass them first.
