I wonder what the "mini machine gun" was that was used in Washington D.C.? Has the government been losing more of their toys? Has another pump action shotgun been misidentified? How in the world did any kind of firearm make it into Washington D.C. let alone a "mini machine gun"?

It is a machine pistol, fires .380 rounds at 20 per second, so in untrained hands,
it is a good terror weapon and in trained hands good for suppressive fire.

(I am betting the guy in the video is untrained.)
