Mt McKinley is so big that it affects the weather. It is shrouded in clouds more than it isn't. :)
We got lucky and got some great pictures from the south side of the mountain on our trip to Anchorage.

While the middle picture utilizes the zoom on the camera, this position is about 100 miles south of Denali (The native name for Mt McKinley). The mountain to the left is Mt Hunter, but it's local name is Denali Bo'at (wife of Denali). Hunter is the 6th largest peak in the U.S. according to official signage. (Wikipedia information doesn't agree, but its hard to know who to trust the least - the government signs or Wikipedia...)
