I think the body language of some of the folks standing behind him is rather interesting, especially the Black Sheriff who looks up at the ceiling and pulls his mouth tight as though trying to keep the words from coming out of this idiot's mouth. Again, for any who may wonder how this fool got to be NKVD Kommissar of the Emeryville Oblast I'd suggest running a DNA test on the body fluids in his mustache.
