No, it just means you have entered something in the ICQ block of your profile. I can delete it for you if you want it gone.

Yep...that is definitely an ICQ flower. I remember when ICQ was just a FUN place to "hang out" on the internet. I also remember that it took me forever to realize what ICQ meant...hahaha.
