Dr. Buckley,
Cane is now 155 pounds, so I need to jump up her heart worm dosage. Can I give her two (2) 51-100 pound pills? Or do I need to give her one pill of each size 51-100, 26-50 and 1-25 pounds I would prefer to just give her 2 pills rather than 3 , even though I don’t think she’ll go past 175.
