I noticed today that there is blood all around my house. Blood on the floor, clotted blood on the couch, and just blood all over. Our male dog has a gash near his nads, but that seems to be healing...no fresh blood. We couldn't figure it out. Well, a few minutes ago I noticed it was from our female's mouth. Her tooth looked bloody, but she won't really let us look. She has been bleeding all day from the looks of it. I do know she got in the trash yesterday because we forgot to put it away when we left, but it didn't start until today that we noticed. She did get a can out of the trash, so it might be that she just cut herself, but I am concerned. I'm not sure what to do.
A trip to the vet goes without saying, but in the mean time I am quite concerned.
