LOL! Whats up with that Bill??
Sometimes I wonder. "Why is that frisbee getting BIGGER?" Then it hits me.

I like Dick Young, so I went to the first one to see what you all were like. I liked you (I usually ilke people) and so I have attended all those that I have been in town for.

Today my wife was going to a "couples baby shower" - quite frankly I would have scheduled a high colonic to get out of that so this was high on my agenda!

Bill, too bad "Heavenly Salads" went away, huh?
The secret to longevity is to eat a live frog first thing each day. Then nothing worse will happen to either of you all day.

    Yes - good stuff!
I don't have a problem getting good food around here and Austin either. It is becoming a great place to eat out.

I like Thai and Indian food - we just really need a better option for mexican food... I cannot find one that I like.

Rick or Scarlett normally send out a notice several weeks in advance. Looking back to the first post in this thread, the original notice for the November 22nd luncheon was posted on November 4th.

Bill, have you tried El Taco Jalisco on Rancier? Place has great barbacoa and carnitas.

Is that the one that used to be a dairy queen? and is across from the senior center? If so - yes - I have tried it. What I forgot to mention is that I am vegetarian and so a "traditional" beans with lard in them are not something that I enjoy.

Manuels is my favorite mecixan restaurant in Austin currently.

Ah, well then. I usually go for the churro beans there, but if you can't eat meat, then I wouldn't recommend it. Good churro beans, though.
