I went in today and found out I've lost another 2.5 pounds. Gives me a grand total of 56 pounds so far. I am planning on starting my next round around Mother's Day.

I was shopping for some weight loss help and clicked on the xtra thin commercial tab here on CTT. I'm sorry, but that guy on the video scared me away. He is is own worst advertisement. He looks like he should use the product he advertises, and if he does it sure looks like it does not work.

I didn't have any discipline or willpower to lose weight on my own(trucker).so I had the lapband installed a year ago.that thing has helped out tremendously.
I went to Barker Bariatrics in Dallas.no commercial.I had it done.
