showing I have pm's, but not showing up on messages

Hey, Rick...my personal email shows I have pm's, but it says zero messages when I try to access them through the pm board...thanks for any help...

That's a tough one since I don't have access to users PM's. I am going to send you a PM and we'll see if you get it.

Can you forward one of the emails you got to me?

Rick, you are not going to believe this. Call me stupid, but those pm's were from KDH. I haven't posted there for months, so just assumed they were from this forum and didn't think to read the pm alert carefully. Thanks for answering so quickly. Librarian brain not "engaged" this morning.

Ya know,I was going to suggest that as a possibility. But I was not ruling out that it could have come from the new software here since it is converting the entire database and moving everything from topics, and private messages.
