The Indians managed to take three from the Rangers, then got swept by Kansas City, and then beat Baltimore last night.
All on the way to the living room for post season. Go figure.

Lost one, won one with the Mariners. It looks like these bums might just go to a post season berth. It took a while to explain to my daughter how these usual bottom dwellers made it this far.

Astros and Rangers both make the playoffs! With today's Ranger loss and Astros win, They have identical 90-72 records. Houston wins the division since they won the head to head series and the Rangers qualify as a wild card.

They are sort of "back dooring" this year as a potential winner. I doubt very seriously if they will make it past the first round of playoff games. Oh me of little faith.
