This post is off subject, but just a comment. You guys on here probably know what a liberal rabble rouser the American Statesman is, politically and in every other way.....The Statesmen has tried to stir the pot concerning black UT football players, then the band, the school song, and, the other day.. black UT cheerleaders.
Not saying this is right or wrong, good or bad, but...don't know if you have noticed, but the crowds at UT athletic events are hugely made up of one color. The deep pocketed athletic supporters and donors are hugely one color. The student body make up is largely one color, ..but yet, the Statesman is always trying to create problems and create controversy, it seems, in any way they can. A lot of people don't appreciate that..just ask Tom Herman. . ...Just saying...

Such garbage articles are of concern only to those who judge their neighbors by their skin pigmentation rather than their character -- showing all the world that they lack character.

The "Stainsman" has been in the Liberal camp for a while now,,,which raises the question of why the even MORE Liberal Austin Chronicle alternative weekly still exists. Usually, alt-weekly thrive in cities where the dominant newspaper is conservative or conservative-leaning.
I haven't seen or read the Stainsman in a few months. Wonder how it is "reacting" to the online rumor I saw earlier this week, on the chances of the Buffalo Bills NFL team relocating to...Austin?!? (I would've picked San Antonio, but what do I know?)

Small piece in the Statesman about it. No one in the ACC has been approached about it and it is being written off as a poor PR campaign to get a new stadium..
