New York is terminating contracts with the Trump Organization.
"The president incited a rebellion against the United States government that killed five people and threatened to derail the constitutional transfer of power," said de Blasio.
    What's missing - "allegedly incited". . .
For some reason, this is really getting to me.
Democrats can allege something and people lap it up like melted ice cream.
Conservatives can allege something, and people say "there is no evidence to support that".

New York, although it counts for 10 percent of the US GDP, is still a cesspool. Well Albany and points south. upstate NY is actually nice and pretty much a while different state.

Yep...And now Cuomo is making the same noises as when he wanted all the output of respirators... As long as NY has vaccine, the US is safe, right?

And there is no chance of NY ever falling into the ocean like parts out west...

But Wait! There's more! Corporations and banks are fleeing from the Trump Organization as fast as they can. Similar to the new "converts" to anti-Trumpism, they want to put as much sunlight between themselves and DJT as they can. The politicians who have "suddenly realized" that DJT need not be in office are as believable in that as most politicians - you can't believe much of anything they say. It is hilarious.

I have never believed anything any politician has ever said. They say anything to get a vote and prolong their power ride. Same goes for corporations it seems. At least they are worried by something like money and not pure political power. Oh, wait, maybe that is what they worry about. Maybe as much as self enrichment.

Ike warned us 60 years ago to beware of the power of the "military industrial complex". It has become the "military-industrial-corporate-congressional" complex. The pervasive rot in America is all due to self enrichment (I am not talking about honest entrepeneurs and capitalists), self aggrandizement, and corrupt political power. We, the American people, have been led by it, fed into it, and support it, because we are too lazy to put duty to our country over our own self interests. We are intellectually lazy, and look at our 401Ks to decide whether the country is well off, not to make honest and skeptical inquiry into what is actually going on in our state houses and our national government. WE ARE TO BLAME. There should be no party over country or person over country to lead us, whether left or right. We are an Idiocracy right now. It will not change until we, the American people, change it. We could change it all today by amending the constitution to rid us of our worst enemies, drain the swamp, and give us a fresh start. But we won't. It's too hard. Or some people we don't like may gain from it. Or whatever. A million excuses for not taking care of ourselves. Just bitching and praying at the altar of whom have convinced us, that they are "saviors". When we allowed ourselves to be mindless minions. Sad. Sad. Sad.

On the flip side to that, I wonder if there is going to be ANY level of measurable backlash against ANY company "fleeing" Trump. For example, the PGA (Professional Golf Association) announced that it is pulling its golf tournaments from all Trump-owned golf courses. Has ANY member of the PGA notified that group that he or she is quitting immediately, and not renewing their membership. Since this is January, most organizations collect the membership fees for the calendar year in this month. Probably not going to see anyone request a refund of dues this early--not like the PGA made its decision in February.
Same with any banks or other financial institutions. "You cancel Trump, I cancel YOU!"

Here's something that a caller to Dr. Sebastian Gorka's radio show last night noted. The Lib media have been throwing around the "fact" that "50 cases of alleged voting fraud, from Trump's lawyers" have been "tossed out" of court...

Other than the SCOTUS...name ONE Court.

Caller said it CANNOT be done! IF ONE case had been denied, then why HASN'T the Lib media devoted ANY amount of coverage to that "one court case", much less the other 49 or so? The TV news shows and newspapers "should have been" overflowing with Liberal glee...
Which court? Where was this court? Who was the presiding judge? What reason(s) did the judge use in denying Trump's lawyers? What date was the decision rendered?

I don't know why the media uses the term "alleged" for other cases, other than the fact that sometimes media uses it even when it's on tape. Something to do with civil liability. But a comment on what can be seen is just an opinion, though few news outlets ever say something is opinion, anymore. Part of the problem with all media. People don't say, here are the facts, and now here is our opinion. The have all become propaganda outfits.

Anyway - Maricopa County AZ refused to hear a DJT suit. So, that's one court.
