Hendrick Motorsports fined for exceeding wind tunnel testing time
This is the first time I've seen this penalty issued... That's a pretty hefty fine but then NA$CAR needs the money...

NASCAR has issued the penalty sheet following last weekend?s races at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Away from the track, Hendrick Motorsports was issued an L2 penalty for violating Sections 5.3.e: Wind Tunnel Testing.
The team exceeded their wind tunnel testing time and has been fined $100,000 and loss of 10 hours of wind tunnel testing time from the 2020-2021 allocation for the organization.
At Bristol there were two lug nut penalties. In the XFINITY Series, #10-Chastain had one loose lug nut. Crew chief Bruce Schlicker has been fined $5,000. In the Truck Series, #19-Kraus had one loose lug nut. Crew chief Kevin Bellicourt has been fined $2,500
