Hey Rick - your host at - MDDSERVICES.COM - sucks balls - speed wise.

This is my new - Amazon AWS - using MS server 2016 - with 200 users attached under full load.

    http://3.19.230.212 << test the speed.

My Son just hooked me up and - I can host up to 2000 domains.

$60.00 buys you load balancing and extremely fast performance.

Throttled connections like most of the little hosts are pale by comparison to the Amazon cloud.

ALSO - We NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER lose data LOL ...

As this cloud is redundancy upon redundancy, the risk is minimized to
a .0000000000000000000000000000001% probability of data loss.

You build your server instance (MS or Linux flavor) ,
click a button, and it saves the instance in a
    configured state - similar to
    a VMware snapshot.

Rick has to use a clunky FTP program and upload files and run maintenance on the database all the time.

If his host takes a SH-- , everything is gone, and he is down,
    albeit its not for profit.

Granted, paying $60.00 a month for the equiv of
a Ferrari host over the $25.00 Yugo host
only makes financial sense when page
load speeds and down time matters.

Honestly, I'm not sure how long this hobby will keep going.

It would be nice to get usage back up.

I have to admit that I'm a bit burned out and have thought about asking for admin help. Maybe someone can help breathe some life back into the joint.

Until someone does all the admin work, packing the database and doing backups, they don't get it.

    It's a job.
