I read all those involved in that Reds-Pirates fight are appealing. MLB will probably knock a game off everyone's suspensions. None of them have to serve the suspensions until the appeal has run its course.
I guess they feel Salazar is good enough - has been moved into the starting rotation and will pitch against the Rangers next week. Man, we need Kluber to get back soon.-

The Tribe sent Greg Allen and Jake Bauers down to AAA Columbus to make room for Puig and Reyes. I guess in Bauers case they figured they had enough power. Bauers is still quite young - only 24 I believe. Lots of power, but K's way too much. He'll be back, if not this year, next year. Allen has speed to burn and is a very good defensive outfielder, but very inconsistent. Might go 3-4 one game then 0-5 the next 4.

Kicked Angel butt tonight, 7-1. Everyone contributed and Clevinger was great. Perez HR - that's 19 for him so far. Who would have thought???!

And now they have placed Salazar on the IL with a pulled groin. Guess it was wishful thinking this guy would make it all the way back and be a big help to the team. Definitely need to find another starter - quick.

And now Tyler Olson goes on the IL with "shingles". Hope there are a couple good arms at Columbus because we need help now. Dan Otero is no closer to returning that is Salazar.
