Bieber goes today in the final game. Need a sweep and hopefully the Twins lose one.
More bad news though - JRam fouled off a pitch last night (first at bat) and the ball hit his wrist. Now he's been placed on the 10 day IL with a fracture.

Tribe lost 9-8 in ten innings. They were down 8-4, but tied it in the 9th.

Followed it on Yahoo. Was a nice comeback, but let a AAA pitcher hand cuff them for 5 innings.

Reyes - finally hitting. Two HRs today. Lindor, after leaving a ton on base early, hit one in the 9th.
Yu Chang, called up when JRam went on the IL, had two hits (one a triple). Back-up catcher Palwecki two hits and 3 RBIs (one a HR).
So who isn't hitting lately? Santana, Kipnis, Puig, Mercado, Allen. Think they need to either sit Allen down or send him down. Bring Jake Bauers back up. He can play LF, 1B (give Santana a day off) or DH. Naquin is good to go in CF. Put Mercado on the bench.

Monday off then go to Detroit for a series then onto Tampa. The way they are playing it's very possible Detroit will give them fits. And blow the series at Tampa and they can pack it in for the season.
Doubt we will see JRam back this season - has surgery today in NYC. At least one month to heal. Chang played well yesterday. Freeman is a decent bat. But not the power of JRam.

Tribe blows out the Tigers 10-1. Plutko- great game, 5.2 IP, 3 hits, 1 ER, 9 Ks. Bullpen was lights out. Kipnis, Reyes and Perez all went deep.

Watch them get no hit tonight...lol
With Ramirez out, three Puig and Reyes pickups look genius more. Hope they continue to pound the ball.

Kipnis batting in the #5 spot left vacant by Ramirez has hit three home runs in two games. Sweet!
