after watching them today, one would never know another hurricane is about to hit the Gulf coast, and even NBC reported on that.
yeow, there wasn't much of it on fox yesterday but my goodness, they sure made up for it today. i generally go to drudge for hurricane updates, landing times, cones, paths and all that sort of thing. he seems to be almost fixated or obsessed with 'em......mac

Got another Betogram today in the mail... The left is getting serious about this senate race. I guess my rant at them on the phone was not as "undecided" as I should have made it.

Any more, they are getting about as obnoxious as a My Pillow commercial.

I received a letter today also. Also another text yesterday. Guess it won’t end until after the election.

Well, the problem is that they all seem to think that the more they get in your face, or ear, the more likely you are to vote for them. This is like looking for furniture and not getting swamped with salespeople.

All it does is stiffen my resolve to go the other direction... Not that I would ever vote for a democrat, no matter how conservative they may talk. Once they get to DC, they all vote socialist without a skip of a heartbeat.

Now, if we can just get all of the republicans to act like republicans we will have it made.

Warren is up for re-election this year. She's pretty much assured people that she will be running for President in 2020.
Why on earth would the people elect her to do a job that she won't be doing for the full 6 years? Hell, she will start campaigning early next year.
If she were to win, then the state would have to hold a special election to fill a seat that has 2/3 of it's term left. Special elections cost taxpayers money.

I would love to see a law that says you cannot hold a federal elected office while campaigning for different federal office.

I saw Ted and Beto go at each other. While Ted creeps me out, and I think he has the most punchable face in politics, he clearly won the debate. He will winn by 5 or more.

It's his personality - very dry and humorless.

Watching the debate, Cruz touts the bills he either wrote or co-sponsored. Something like 34 or so bills. Then he mentioned that both he and O'Rourke went to congress the same year and O'Rourke has basically, no resume from his time in congress.
