Gotta love this. Thrill of victory, agony of defeat, and an umpire who didn't have to work extra innings.

Tribe walks off another one last night, 4-3, in 11 innings. Greg Allen delivered the game winner. Tribe took 2 of 3 from the Red Sox and also ended up winning the season series with them, 4-3.

Kluber wins his 20th, 4-0 over ChiSox. 7IP, 4 H, 11 K's. Was a close game until the Tribe busted it open in the ninth with 3 runs. Used a scrub lineup but they came through.

The Tribe blew last night's game to the ChiSox, 5-4. Bauer started, went his planned 4 innings and gave up a 2 run HR, but other than that looked good.
The Tribe scratched away and eventually took a 4-2 lead on Yan Gomes' HR in the bottom of the 4th. Carrasco relieved in the 5th and was lights out until...........
he fell apart in the 9th inning. Can't believe Francona didn't pull him when it was obvious he was finished. Had a rested bullpen, but let him stay in there
and struggle until the Sox scored 3 and won it in walk-off fashion. Of course he received little help from the hitters when he was on the mound. Twice
the Tribe had two on, no out, to include the 8th when Lindor popped out to first with runners on 2nd and third. SMH.

I guess it is going to be the Indians -Astros and the Red Sox get the winner of the Yankees/A's game. I don't think there is any way that will change...

The AL is all pretty much set. The only thing that could change is where the AL wild card game could be played. NY has it for now, but with 5-6 games still to play Oakland could overtake them.
The NL is getting very interesting. Atlanta is in, Chicago Cubs is in, but the NL West still up for the taking with the Dodgers only .5 games ahead of Colorado. Wild card #1 will most likely be
Milwaukee, but wildcard #2 could be either St. Louis or LA or Colorado.
