First, did anyone see the FAU game last night? Not sure what I think of Kiffen, but do like Kendall Briles, his offensive coordinator. Their offense looked just like the great Baylor teams, just without the same quality of athletes. Would like to see him get a position at a real power..maybe after a little time goes by.
Texas is racking up the recruits on this early signing day. They are supposed to have one of the top three classes in the country.(yes, Dave, one notch below OS).....Just hope UT gets Ingram from Carthage. He wasn't sure he was going to sign early, which could be bad news for Longhorns. Have seen this guy play. He is a Stud.
TCU is supposed to have their best recruiting class ever, and Baylor is really doing surprisingly well...better than most expected.

Kendall Briles - former offensive coordinator and son of former Baylor coach, and IMO scapegoat, offensive genius Art Briles.
Baylor had nowhere to go but up. Will be a terribly long, and hard, road back to being competitive in the Big 12. I doubt they will ever seriously challenge again.
OSU signed Matthew Baldwin out of Lake Travis. Read a good article about it. Seems Urban Meyer likes Texas HS QBs after his former offensive coordinator, a guy named
Tom Herman, talked him into signing a few years ago a kid named J.T. Barrett.
