Saw on one of my news feeds from El Paso that Tony Romo will be replacing Phil Simms at CBS. That is awesome, now all we need to do is get Chris Collingsworth gone from NBC......

Sims never seemed to come across very well on a broadcast.

Most of them are absolutely awful if you know anything about football. I couldn't tell you how many times I've heard a play caller call a play zone read when it wasn't even close to being zone read.

You guys actually listen to the sports casters? To me they are just background noise, I'm too occupied with the game to pay attention to them.

I used to like Madden - he was great. And Monday Night Football when they had Cosell, Dandy Don, Alex Karras, etc was hilarious.

North Dallas Forty was a good movie. I thought it depicted Meredith pretty accurately.
