We had that ice fog in Kosovo in Jan 2014. You really can't drive in it. Granted our temps were 51 below civilization but it was a strange occurrance none the less. We had winter here in Texas a couple of weeks ago. Only lasted a few days. Maybe we get a cold zap in February and they will close post. God Bless Texas and stay warm up there.

All we did was cancel the afterschool activities.
They didn't shorten our duty day or any amount of school.
I actually went at lunch and started my car. And let it run 20 minutes. My next door colleague started his car and let it run for the rest of the day.
