    Mr. Hockey dies

    May he rest in piece.

Gordie Howe dies at the age of 88 today.

He played 33 seasons of ice hockey, won 4 Stanley Cups, and was one of the greatest Sports Stars of all time in my opinion.

He woned all the records untii Gretzky showed up. At 51 he played a season with his sons with the Hartford Whalers. Class act for sure.

They go in three's, or so the saying goes.
I imagine that's the same for sports stars also.
First Ali. Now Howe. Who is next?

I love the "old school" hockey of yesteryear. "Mr. Hockey" will be missed.
