Realignment for 2016-2018
The local schools have only changed regions. The entire district 12-6a is now back to 8-6a and has moved back to region 1. That means 1st round playoff matchups against Desoto, Cedar Hill, and the likes.
Basketball will have a new addition as San Angelo Central will be in district 8-6a. Just for basketball only though.
