That makes two of us.
I have been a fan since 1960 when their record was even worse… 0-11-1.

Actually about 10 years ago - when they made their only playoffs since returning to the NFL. Had a double digit lead against Pittsburgh mid-way through the
4th quarter and lost!!!

We didn't have TV until around 1965 when we moved back to Texas. Have been a fan ever since. Win, lose or draw. Almost quit them when Jerry came around but then I'm a fan of the team, not the owner.

We all (well, almost all) like the Cowboys. It's just become a comedy the last decade. I really don't have a favorite
NFL team. Am more a college football fan.

My favorites of the early days: "Dandy Don" (Meridith) and "Bullet Bob" (Hayes).

I used to laugh when the Cowboys played the Browns. Turn Hayes loose on a post pattern and the QB would just throw the ball as far as he could.
Hayes would run right by the CB and safety and leave them in the dust.

Bob Lilly, Too Tall Jones, the Manster, Doomsday D, those were the good ole days.
One of my favorites to this day, Roger the Dodger Staubach.

The Man In The Hat will always be Mr. Cowboy to me. While I feel he should have retired several years earlier, what JJ did to him was unconscionable.

Yea, when Jones fired Laundry he almost lost me as a fan. Laundry was the Cowboys and always will be in my opinion.
