I am excited for the SHS game this week. It truly is a game that can go either way. We have beat them before and hopefully we can do it again.

Calpreps projections (doesn't mean everything I know, but still..)

Belton 34, Killeen 24

Shoemaker 28, Midway 21

Ellison 38, Copperas Cove 31

This week could clear the playoff picture some. Belton cannot afford another loss. Killen still has to face Shoemaker and Midway. This is Shoemakers chance to show they should be at the top of the heap. Cove and Ellison need a win to keep going and Heights luckily for them are off. They seem to be the only team right now that is probably out of the playoffs.

Cove may be down, but after last week showed everyone they are hardly out.
Cove will run wild on Ellison. 46-27.

According to Maxpreps as of today SHS is now 124 in the state and MHS is 200. SHS is 984 nationally and MHS is 1647.
