NASCAR reinstates driver Kurt Busch

NASCAR reinstated driver Kurt Busch Wednesday, six days after officials declined to press criminal charges in his domestic abuse case, Reuters reported.

"As we stated last week, the elimination of the possibility of criminal charges removed a significant impediment to Kurt Busch's return to full status as a NASCAR member,'' said NASCAR Executive Vice President Steve O'Donnell. "We therefore have decided to move him to indefinite probation.''

It was looking like a case of NFL Rice whiplash. Not a fan of him either, but he picked a bad time to get get caught up in this crap. Glad he is back in a car.

Now that Kurt is back in a stock car...attention now turns to whether or not Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson is going to ever be allowed back on television. Story was that he was already on 'Double Secret Probation' with the BBC for, among other things, a racial slur he said on camera during a 'Top Gear' shoot.
