I read that. A freaking joke. I've spent a lot of time in the PI. Great place. Plenty of pretty Pinays. Plenty of scammers, too. And it's not a slam dunk that USCIS will grant her an automatic immigration visa. The State Department knows all about the scams these Pinays pull.
