The Wife Asked...
Today my wife asked if I were to get a new firearm what it would be. I told her but I certainly don't expect to see it under the tree nor do I need another firearm.

I can't say why, but I just don't like the magazine behind the trigger design. It just doesn't look right.

There are advantages and disadvantages with a bull-pup design. The obvious advantage is a more compact weapon without a sacrifice of barrel length. Disadvantages might include no drum magazines and what is often a more difficult trigger pull due to the additional linkage required between the trigger and the firing mechanism. Supposedly Desert Industries as solved the trigger problem.

I was sure that there are +s and -s. But aesthetically, it just looks like it was assembled by a libturd nut.

If it looks stupid but it works, it isn't stupid.

I never it looked stupid. It just looks like it was put together by someone that doesn't know what an auto rifle should look like.
That it works, I'll take the word of folks that have used one.

I think it's kinda cool, but I still have 4 or 5 other guns I want before I pick up one of those. My AR sitting in the safe works just fine for now. About the only plus to getting that gun is the cool factor and the muzzle being closer to your body.
