QB from Seattle? Russell Wilson is their QB and, as far as I know, has never been suspended. He is, however, about to sign a zillion $$ contract.
Think you might mean New England's QB, Tom Brady.

And now I see Dez is refusing to go to practice until he gets a $28 million /2 year contract deal....
Watch Jerry cave in and we will be stuck with our next Sanders....

Will be interestiing. Gotta worry about the salary cap though. That would be tough tying up that much money in a WR and your QB.

They were saying that if Dez Bryant sits out games, he will lose an estimated $759,00 per game. Crapola, put me in coach - for $759,000 my fat butt will put my donut down, get off the couch, and catch anything that is thrown my way. I don't care how funny I'd look running down the field with my fisherman's net.

Glad he is soooooooooo underpaid.
I know the Cowboys are concerned they sign him to a huge contract, and he'll go out and celebrate and end up in jail (again).

Or 5 minutes into the first game, get mysteriously "injured" again and be out the rest of the season... Where he will be enjoying the fruits of his contract.
But then, we all know the Cowboys really stink anyhow, and aren't too... swuft... when it comes to player contracts.

I think Dez loves football too much to play the injured card and collect a huge paycheck but I do worry about him getting in trouble after signing what potentially is his last big time contract.
The salary cap is definitely back in play now with Hardy's suspension being reduced to only 4 games because his per game check was pretty hefty if memory serves me correct.

The Boys have offered Bryant more than $12.8M/year, but no word on the exact amount of number of years.
The league's highest paid receiver is Detroit's Calvin Johnson - 7 years for a total of $113M. That comes out to around $16M per year.
If Dez doesn't accept the offer by 4PM today (Weds., July 15) he will automatically receive the $12.8M. Will he play? Maybe.
And maybe the Cowboys should trade his overrated butt and let some other chumps worry about keeping him healthy.
