I just read that the Cowboys signed Jameill Showers. I've read he's from Killeen but don't know what high school he attended.

Interesting. He was at A&M and was expected to be their starter when Manziel came to campus and won the job. Then he transferred to UTEP.

Looks like JJ is doing everything he can to set the Boys up for a run at the Super Bowl this season!

That is an excellent signing. This guy would have been a first round or high second round pick if he didn't have to shy away from the draft because of his girl friend's death. He passed a lie detector test and is not a suspect in the death.

I like the pickup!!!
I've been hard on JJ the past couple of seasons but it "appears" he might be turning things around (or his son)...aside from the questionable character issue additions. They could have a good run this year if they can stay healthy.

Hopefully they will be fighting for first place in the division when Hardy returns and he could be a difference maker if he's not in jail.

Although I'm not a big Romo fan, he played better than I expected last year. I'm kind of concerned if he goes down to injury because their current backups SUCK!!!!

He did have a good year. Your concerns are very valid and makes me wonder when JJ is gonna wake up and realize he needs to draft a QB and do it sooner rather than later.
P.S. - maybe he can swing a deal for Johnny Manziel.

I told someone today not to be surprised if he makes Johnny a Cowboy....
