    Lavender

I have a very large stand of lavender. Or should I say had, since most of it's dry and brown. Every year except this one, it has weathered the winter and bloomed in the spring. Should I cut it back to ground level?

Cut back 1/3 to 1/2 to promote new growth.

Where are they planted? I have plants that prefer a certain side of my house.

They're on the south side of the house. I'll cut them back Saturday before the rain, if possible.
