Not EVERY place in California can be a constitution-free zone.

In September, we wrote about how one college student’s civic-minded attempt to exercise his 1st Amendment guarantee of free speech backfired awfully at a California junior college. But after a lawsuit and several rounds of bad publicity, the college has backed down, agreeing to pay damages and promising to lift its restrictive “free speech zone” policy. In September, Van Tuinen ran into Administrative opposition when MJC officials learned he was handing out free copies of the U.S. Constitution outside of the designated “free speech” area of campus. This occurred on Sept. 17, the anniversary of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution in 1787.
Now he needs to see if the 2D amendment applies as well. Source: http://personalliberty.com/2014/02/2...tution-copies/

What makes that HIS need? If you want to test the 2nd Amendment rights in that CA Jr. College, get your butt on a bus and test it yourself. Write and let us know how you make out. We'd be interested in your exploits but I DGAS about this kid in CA.
The duty of a Christian is not to leave this world a better place. His duty is to leave this world a better man.

Actually I did that a few years back and can tell you that one can drive all over Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco and all points in between with a loaded .40 cal Sig Sauer in one's vehicle with no one so much as batting an eye. Perhaps not so surprising is the fact one can also drive all over central Texas with a loaded M60 machine gun in one's van.
