Please bear with me here. I still don't have my laptop, so can't see what pictures I'm posting. If I clicked the correct ones, you should see phase 2 of my countertops. If I am in any of the pictues please know I dressed that way on purpose so as not to ruin my good clothes. The entire process took less than an hour and a half, and that included clean up.

Okay, in this set of pictures, you will see the old countertop, and in the previous set the new. We are very happy with the progress so far. Tomorrow we sand and apply the final top coat. It has to dry over night. I can't wait until tomorrow. I love how it looked with just the black base coat compared to what it used to look like. Happy, happy girl.

Thanks, we are pretty proud of it. Every time we look in the kitchen it makes us happy with how it looks. Tomorrow is the final top coat, and I can't wait. The hard part is going to remember not to use the counters for a week. Of course I will go 8 days, and not put my electric mixer back on there until I need it again just to be safe.
