    This is a gift for (and I don't know that she needs it but sense that she does) my friend Corgi... and for anyone else who may need it.

    I can't for the life of me understand what the comments towards corgi are for in the first post on this thread, but the video itself brought tears to my eyes.

    Great video, thanks for posting! I got into yoga this summer while on vacation, and while I'm not dropping that much weight, I love how it makes me feel. I just wish we had a greater variety of yoga classes in the area.
