    Recommendation for Construction Work

Anyone has a good recommendation for construction work? Considering adding another room to the house.

The best way to handle work to be done is to pay when stages of work is completed or as materials are dropped on site.

    Do not pay in advance.

A reputable contractor will be able to fund to the week's end or as materials are dropped.

Every week draws/payments would not be unreasonable, so be ready to cut checks often as work is done.

Inspect the work before writing the check.

I added a room, garage, and patio roof along with a pool. Job was done by B.A. Emmons. I don't know if they still do home improvement, but I HIGHLY recommend them. Their work was professional, their material was the very best, their price was within what I was willing to pay and I was completely satisfied.
