Just a hunch but I think you will see New Orleans or the 49'ers in the SB, and maybe Baltimore from the AFC.

I might be the only one picking them but I think the Giants have a good chance of getting to the big dance. They seem to have things going in the right direction at the right time. The AFC is a toss up because none of those teams really have solid play on both sides of the ball. I would go with the Texans if they had a healthy team but I think I'll have to go with the Pats just because they seem to have enough defense to win it.
