CTHS News: Kuranda Beds will donate 2 FREE dog beds for 10 donations

The kind people at Kuranda have offered the Centex Humane Society's 2nd Chance Shelter the same deal for both dog and cat beds. 10 dog beds or 10 cat beds donated, they will give us 2 FREE additional beds of the same kind.

These beds would get the animals off the ground, where blankets easily slide into fresh poop or pee ... they are comfortable and keep the animals from laying on the cold, hard ground, if the blankets get soiled... they can reduce the need for laundry services, and they are easy to clean. Our staff is very excited that we have had three donations of dog beds so far.

I don't know who I have to thank, but we have received all in all 12 dog beds, and 4 cat set-ups and a very generous donation. Thank you to all who cared to share a gift for Christmas with our homeless (but not shelter-less) animals.
