Didn't say WRONG; said inappropriate, that is to say not suitable or proper in the circumstances. While porn is a moral issue, my concern is more with the addictive and harmful aspects of porn and the detrimental effects of that addiction.
Going back to my point we are taught or at least there is a tone that our nakedness is dirty.
I'm glad that I was taught no such thing, not even by the nuns. I was taught only that there is an appropriate time and place for nakedness, mostly in the context of the bedroom of a married man and woman. I can't imagine how the naked body of the one you love could be dirty; though I do understand that there are people who insist on limiting conjugal activity only in the dark. What a shame.
Surely you could make the connection the church shares in that?
Not knowing the church which enjoys your membership, I am at loss to comment except to say that my faith teaches the beauty and sanctity of the human body.
I'm sure you can agree that sex is discussed or at least should be discussed in church.
IMHO sex per se ought not be discussed either in church nor school. Such discussion is in the purview of the parent(s) and between a man and a woman in love. That being said, the topic of this thread is pornography, not sex.
I'm not trying to be confrontational just wondering why you think it's inappropriate.
I appreciate the disclaimer... neither is my goal here to be confrontational. I hope that my response has brought you clarity of my intentions.

Yes thank you for explaining it. It is clearer now.
I do disagree with you. Our religious leaders should talk about sex in more than just "don't do it till marriage". And yes parents should be more Active in raising their kids but unfortunately that's not always the case and messages get mixed or lost.
As for the pornography topic I still think this is where the problem is rooted. Not everyone is taught to appreciate the body in the way you were so then eventually you have a perversion of it (porn)

Why would you want to convert everyone to you faith? Their are Christians in every domination out there. Why not be happy for that?

Live as if you were living a second time, and as though you had acted wrongly the first time.
