2. heat.helpdesk@killeenisd.org OR Heat Self Service (HSS) (HSS will be available in the coming months for everyone)
3. contact information is listed on the various technology services websites
4. and if you don't have time to locate or access the above options or it is outside of the business day and you have an emergency, you can always email fiona (cindy.oppermann@killeenisd.org ). ask my husband, my blackberry rarely leaves my hands. I probably won't be able to fix your issue but I know who to contact to have things fixed.
