I am thinking about joining Cove Fitness, so I thought I would ask if anyone here has any comments. Anyone out here have anything pointers?

Anything you do that will help you to stay fit is a good thing. Cove fitness is supposed to be excellent. I'm not a member myself but that is what I heard.

If you're just starting out, stick with the basics: treadmill or elliptical for cardio and use the machines for weights. Always remember to balance your body. If you work the front of your body, be sure to work the back. For instance, if you do pushups, be sure to do and exercise that will work your upper back. Same thing for your abs/lower back and quads/hamstrings.
