That's just dumb, you can't leave any faster than it takes the last person to get on the plane. Most people know how to pack their carryons small enough to fit in the overhead bins and most flight attendants are miracle workers at making them all fit! But I wonder how many people will actually pay the money for this UNservice?

The inconsiderate people who have seats at the back of the plane will pay this, just so that they can put their crap in the overhead bin at the front of the plane.
