The Word Censor

With this software, it is all or nothing. We either have it or we don't. So for now, we have it. There are some options that I am looking into so that each user can choose to use it or not, but I am not pleased that it requires the user to turn it on. Which means we run the risk of someone being offended and may not stay long enough to realize that they need to turn it on.

If there is a word that you want filtered, please let me know.

Personally, I prefer curse-less conversation .... I don't have to read the whole blatant curse to know what the writer's mood is or what they cannot express without a curse.

Sorry, I am a linguist and find cursing (in written communication) to be just a cover-up for poor language skills.

I installed the User Select Word Censor last night, it worked, but not the way I want it to. I guess I need to bust out the coding manual and find out how to initiate a check box being checked.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. I think Kantwin mentioned something about some experience with that.
